Unified Communications Expo
08 Feb 2012
It is indeed that time of year again. Last time around the message was that email was dead – which our editor confirmed to a number of people by email. Nobody picked up on the irony. So, what’s happening this time around?
Unified Communications Expo will be at London’s Olympia from 6-7 March and once again will be packed with exhibitors, keynotes and themed areas in the different theatres. People who attended last year will remember this themed approach was one of the highlights of the event.

This year the themes will include flexible working, enterprise collaboration and innovation, one area dedicated to the Microsoft UC experience,IP convergence and SIP, mobility, social CRM and the social customer – and of course the keynote theatre. We’re proud this year to be welcoming speakers including Digium founder Mark Spencer on the business impact of choice through open source, IBM’s Luis Suarez on thinking outside the box and email, Johan Krebbers from Shell on the company’s UCC experience and speakers from Cisco and others.
It would be invidious to single out any exhibitors as particularly worthy of attention above the others and all but unreadable to list them all; a comprehensive list is here: http://www.ucexpo.co.uk/Exhibitors
There will also be a huge amount on mobility and social communications and a very great deal else, plus the opportunity to network with fellow professionals, glean ideas and really take the pulse of the UC industry.
See you there – registration is at http://www.ucexpo.co.uk/Register
